Richard F. Klumpp, JD, CGMA

Prior to forming RK Advisors, LLC, Rich served as Administrative Vice President and Managing Director of the Integrated Family Wealth team at Wilmington Trust, including the Wilmington Family Office. 

Prior to joining the Integrated Family Wealth Team in 2014, Rich spent 12 years as President of the bank’s Domestic Entity Management affiliate, Wilmington Trust SP Services, Inc., which provides a wide array of nexus services to a variety of special purpose vehicles involved in either securitizations, structured finance transactions, corporate reorganizations, risk management, tax minimization or financial planning strategies that take place domestically. Rich established the firm’s captive management practice in 2005 through the purchase of Charleston Captive Management in Charleston, South Carolina and establishing an office in Vermont to complement existing offices in Delaware, Nevada and the Cayman Islands.   Rich joined Wilmington Trust SP Services in 1996 and spent four years leading the Las Vegas, Nevada subsidiary prior to becoming President.

Rich was instrumental in revising the Delaware Captive Insurance Statute in 2005 and in establishing the Delaware Captive Insurance Association (“DCIA”), of which he served as the founding president (retired November 2014) and as a member of the Board of Directors since its inception.  He regularly presents on the benefits and day to day operational aspects of captives, including serving as a lecturer in the University of Delaware Captive Risk Management Certificate Program in 2012.  He passed the CPA Examination in 1994.

Tina M. Klumpp

Tina serves as Vice President and Accounting Manager for RK Advisors, LLC.   For the past 12 years she has provided outsourced accounting services to various small businesses and non-profit entities in Delaware.     Prior to her self-employment, Tina served as Chief Financial Officer for Nevada HAND, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Director of Finance for Ingleside Homes, Inc., in Wilmington, Delaware, and as a Senior Accountant at KPMG and Cover & Rossiter in Wilmington, Delaware.

Henry serves as an Assistant Vice President and Client Administrator for RK Advisors, LLC.
